It’s that time again, I have a handful of some new records and high scores from the previous month. Today, I have scores from the following games:
- Warioware inc. Mega Microgames
- Pokémon Champions
- Golden Sun
WarioWare inc. Mega Microgames:

Well, I managed to get a new score in the Pyoro minigame recently. It’s not much higher, but I enjoy this game enough that I’m proud to have achieved this. Of note, the game stops tracking the score when you get hit as the final score. I ended up getting hit as I made the main character eat a clear-the-screen bean. The score did tick up higher than that after the loss, but only recorded the point value at the loss. I wish I recorded that…and to have gotten the higher score.
Pokémon Champions:

So in the last season of Pokémon Champions, I achieved a whopping 13 win streak on the last day of the season, and also upon completing my battle pass. I could have kept it going, but decided to take a break instead. I never get win streaks like this, usually I have a roughly 50/50 win rate in Pokémon games. This also followed my getting second place at a small unofficial tournament in my area, where I won $36 (after participation fee and prize pool contribution, I won a net $10). In case you were wondering, this is how I placed for this particular season:

Yup that’s right, I was in the top 15,000. That’s not good enough for master ball rank 2 (which is top 10,000) but considering that is a new high for me, I’ll take it. This mostly conventional looking rain team featured Mega Raichu Y. Who knows, maybe I’ll get back into official local tournaments once the world championships pass this year.
Golden Sun:

And in the Golden Sun monster arena, I got 79 wins! This is the first Golden Sun game, and was using the team I beat the game with. Of note, I’m trying to get a max level save file, but that takes a very long time. This particular win streak was achieved a few months ago, but I decided to dig this one up for the records. I am also partway through a Golden Sun: the Lost Age arena streak, but have to use save states using Nintendo Switch Online to take breaks, as a really long win streak could take an incredibly long time. I don’t have several consecutive hours to do such a thing. In the future may finish that streak and report it in a new post.
And that’s it for today. Are there other high scores, best times, or other personal records you’d like to see, then comment below!
